We offer free express delivery of online orders of $100 or more throughout New Zealand. A $9 shipping fee ($14 for rural deliveries) applies to orders under $100.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. All orders are sent on an overnight courier service. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For all our orders, we use a Courier Post Signature Required track and trace courier packs. A non-signature required option is also available on request.
Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days.
Same Day Delivery is available for deliveries to specific Auckland postcodes. Available Monday - Friday for orders received by 12pm (excludes public holidays). A charge of $20 - $50 applies for this service.

Receive a professional fitting and we will arrange your ring to be resized or made specially in your perfect size, up to $400 value. The timeframe for resizing and custom made rings is usually 2-6 weeks depending on the ring style.
Titanium, Cobalt Chrome and Zirconium - Rings cannot be resized and where possible will be custom ordered. Please contact us with your ring size and style to confirm availability of your required size.
